-Masks are no longer required, but you may choose to wear one. Liza will be wearing a mask.

-The first appointment is 90 mins.

-Follow up appointments are 60 mins.

-Wear loose comfortable clothing that can easily expose the lower leg and forearm.

-Bring your completed paperwork to the appointment with you or email it ahead of time to acupuncture.liza@gmail.com. This allows us to focus all our time on you. The forms are below for you to download.

-Bring a photo id and your insurance card with you.
